• Creating and maintaining documentation for common user problems
• Collaborating with development teams to address product issues
• Analyzing support data to identify improvement opportunities

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in customer support or success roles
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication abilities in both technical and non-technical contexts
• Experience with support ticket systems and CRM tools
• Patience and empathy when dealing with frustrated users
• Knowledge of regional user needs, particularly in Mauritania and surrounding regions
